Ideal setting for people with dementia. This is an incredible place with excellent staff. All staff are helpful, i have never met a cross one. All staff have an extremely good attitude to family and patients. Communication between staff and family has been good. He has been kept informed of any updates

I am very grateful for the excellent service I experienced at Plym. A tailored rehabilitation programme delivered by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, specialists and therapists was delivered in a friendly, supportive environment which encouraged recovery and rehabilitation.

Increase the service provision to cover weekends. There was a lack of therapy at weekends which stunts progress. A continuous programme of therapy 7 days a week would reduce the time for patients to stay at Plym and lead.to.quicker.discharge.

My partner spent 10 months at Plym Neuro and from day one the staff were amazing. They were so supportive of both my partner and me and their dedication was outstanding. The whole team are an asset to the NHS and Livewell. They've made a huge difference in giving my partner more independence after a traumatic brain injury and we'll both be forever grateful for how they helped along the way.

Don't change, a bit short of staff sometimes but thats the same all over NHS
